Anna’s sauce is a fully handcrafted rustic wrought made with beetrot, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, cauliflowers, fennel, white onion, celeery, ginger and chili peppers. It’s a versatile and colourful product easy to mix and match. Use your imagination and taste to play with their flavours and colours.
Ingredients
vegetables in varying proportions: (beetroot, carrots, cauliflowers, onions (naturally containing SULPHITES), fennel, yellow peppers, red peppers, CELERY, ginger, chilli peppers), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, water, whole sea Cervia salt, sugar.
How to use
Ideal with poultry dishes (boiled capon, chicken and grilled chicken breast), musetto boiled sausage, cotechino and cooked cured meats, oily fish, fresh tuna and mackerel. Great with sandwiches and gourmet burgers.
How to keep it
Store it in a cool place away from sources of light. Pasteurized product.
