How can I buy the products?

Buying online on our site is very simple.

Open the menu and click on the Shop section and discover all the products by browsing our virtual shop.

Add what you you want to buy in your cart.

Once finished, continue to checkout by entering the shipping address and payment details and in a few days you will receive your order at the address indicated

How do I recover/change my login password?

After clicking on the little man icon at the top of the homepage, click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the directions. You will receive an email to the address associated with your account to set up a new one.

Once the purchase is complete, will I receive an order confirmation?

Of course, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

I can't find a product I'm looking for

If you have difficulty finding a specific product, click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right, write what you are looking for and all the results relating to your search will appear.

How do I get more detailed information about a single product?

In the shop section, click on the product of interest and you will access the relevant page where you will find an enlarged photo, description, ingredients, combinations, nutritional values and information regarding shipping.

Is it possible to order a product by telephone?

Of course, our customer service +39.0445.607976 is active from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.30 and will provide you with all the assistance you need on the products you would like to buy.

Later , once all the delivery instructions have been provided, we will send you the amount to be paid by advance bank transfer.

As soon as we receive the payment, we will proceed with the shipment.

Do the prices indicated on your shop include VAT?

Yes, all the prices on our shop include VAT.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order, but only if it has not been processed. To cancel, send an email to info@lagiardinieradimorgan.com also indicating the number of your order.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Our payment method is 100% secure as it relies on an international service such as Shopify Payments.

When is the order amount charged?

The amount will be charged at the end of the purchase procedure.

Is there a minimum order to make a purchase?

No, there is no spending limit.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is free above a spending limit of €60.00, below that we request a transport contribution of €8.00 including VAT.

Can I request an invoice for my purchases?

Of course, before finalizing the payment, it will be possible to request the relative purchase invoice.

Shipping and Refunds

How soon will my order be shipped?

Upon receiving the order, we will prepare the package directly from our warehouse and guarantee delivery within 48-72 hours, 96 hours if you live in the islands.

How much is shipping?

€8.00 for orders under €60.00, shipping is free above.

Is the service active in all Italian cities?

We deliver throughout Italy, within a maximum of 96 hours if you live in the islands.

Can I change the shipping address?

The shipping address can only be changed before the order is processed.

If the order has already been processed, please contact us at info@lagiardinieradimorgan.com and inform us of any changes to be made.

We will promptly inform the courier of this variation, however, being unable to guarantee delivery within the indicated terms.

What if the order arrives late?

Unfortunately, some unforeseen events can happen that we are unable to control. In these cases we will try to notify you in time.

How does the refund work?

Did I receive the package with damaged product?

In case of any damage, write to us at info@lagiardinieradimorgan.com indicating the extent of the damage and attaching a photo of the damaged product. We will send you the replacement goods.

My refund request has been accepted. When will I see the refund credited back?
