Shipping and delivery of products

- The order is prepared within 1/2 working days of its receipt, and in case of payment by bank transfer from the date of actual payment, and the shipment is made by national courier. Shipping costs amount to € 12.00 including VAT; for orders over € 60.00 shipping is free. All delivery costs, however, are duly indicated at the time of order and included in the total indicated in the order summary. Deliveries are made only within Italy.

- If, on the other hand, you prefer to proceed directly with the collection of products purchased online, you can proceed with the collection at Cinque Sensi s.r.l., via Pacinotti 2, 36034 Malo (VI), after ticking the appropriate option when sending the order.

- The approximate delivery times are about 3-5 working days, from the day of preparation of the order and excluding the day of departure of the goods.

- Please note that the courier will deliver to the street level and does not deliver to the floor.- At the time of delivery by the Courier of the Products purchased, the Buyer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the relative delivery note and that the packaging is intact, and not altered. In the presence of any damage or the absence of packages, the Consumer must refuse to collect the parcel for delivery, giving timely notice to the Seller, or proceeding with the collection, but providing a specific indication of what was found on the transport document delivered by the courier with simultaneous communication by email to ordini@lagiardinieradimorgan.com.
