Legal Warranties

- The Seller does not sell deteriorated or inferior quality products to the corresponding standards offered on the market.

- The main product features are shown on each product page on lagiardinieradimorgan.com within the product descriptions. The images and colors of products offered for sale on the Website may not exactly correspond to the real products as a result of the Internet browser or monitor used.
All Products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Please do not remove the label/tag or its seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.

- The Seller, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of the products that are without the relative tag/seal/label or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

- The Seller provides, in relation to the Products purchased by users, the legal guarantee of compliance with the conditions and terms referred to in Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 guaranteeing, therefore, the suitability of the Product for the use for which it is intended according to the indications indicated by the seller, and the compliance of the same with the requirements indicated on the labelling of the product itself, provided that the product has been used and stored by the Buyer according to the indications provided by the Seller.

- In particular, in the event of a lack of conformity, the user must promptly inform the Seller, and in any case no later than the terms of the law, by written communication to ordini@lagiardinieradimorgan.com.

- In the event of a lack of conformity of the Product sold, the same may be replaced at the expense of the Seller, unless the replacement is possible and not excessively burdensome for the Seller. If the replacement of the Product is not possible, a reasonable reduction in the purchase price, or the termination of the contract, might be envisaged. The Seller reserves the right to offer the Consumer any other available remedy. A minor lack of conformity for which it is not possible or excessively burdensome to fulfill the remedies of repair or replacement does not entail the right to terminate the contract.

- In any case and notwithstanding the foregoing, the rights arising from the legal guarantee of conformity may be exercised provided that the Products have been used correctly, with due diligence and in compliance with the intended use and with the provisions of the attached indications, as well as upon presentation by the User of the delivery note received and an indication of the order number and provided that the lack of conformity has been correctly reported within the terms of the law and in the manner indicated hereinabove. It is the responsibility of the Consumer to demonstrate the correct reporting of any non-conformity of the Products purchased.

- What is indicated here with reference to the legal warranty of the Products purchased on the website www.lagiardinieradimorgan.com is not to be considered extensible to the purchase of a Gift Card. In the event of malfunctions and/or defects of a Gift Card, the terms indicated in the General Conditions of Use of the Gift Card apply, which can be consulted in the appropriate Website's "Gift Card" section.
