How to use

A versatile product that goes well with traditional cured meats, prosciutto, fresh and preserved oily fish, baked fish such as gilthead bream and turbot, and traditional boiled meat. It can also simply be used as a side dish or key component of mixed salad

How to keep it

Store it in a cool place away from sources of light. Pasteurized product.
